Where does my donation go?
100% of your donation goes directly toward Eagle Landing's startup fund — covering costs like equipment, buildout, licensing, and everything needed to open our doors to the community.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Eagle Landing is a community business, not a registered nonprofit, so donations are not tax-deductible. However, every dollar is a direct investment in something real and lasting for York County.
If Eagle Landing does not happen, what happens to my donation?
If Eagle Landing is ultimately unable to move forward and the community dream cannot be completed, donations will be reimbursed. We are committed to transparency, honesty, and keeping our supporters informed throughout the journey.
